When I got up this morning it looked very bright so I went outside and took a picture of the moon as it was fading in the west, looked very nice

After going back in, putting on the coffee, having some breakfast and watching/reading the news, the sun was up and shining bright, what a glorious start to the day.

The tree that I had cut down Friday was calling my name but I had some better plans today, the boys were off school and their Dad had to work so we were heading up to OCC to play a few holes of golf.

After the boys got here they had a bite to eat and out the door we went heading to Orleans.
We drove the back roads going over to East Albany and stopped and took a picture of the East Albany Church, which looked nice this morning, with the foliage back drop.

Then we went past Diamond Heart Farm which always looks nice no matter what time of year you go by.

We arrived at Orleans and stopped before going into the Clubhouse and took a picture back towards hole #1, which is the hole to the far left of this picture.
The course looked great with the foliage still around and the greens and fairways were nice and green and in good shape.

We buzzed on around the course and stopped for another picture before heading down the 9th hole and on then to the clubhouse and the 19th hole for some lunch, which was very good by the way.

I can't think of a much better way to enjoy the fading days of fall than hanging around with these guys playing golf.
Thank God for creating such a wonderful day and granting me the ability and the privilege of tagging along.
.
I had fun.
