This was a great event for a great cause, by benefiting
"The Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York"
~
I received many "Thank You's" for The Cabot Farmers part in sponsoring the event.
There were well over 2,000 people that attended, and it was a mad house the entire time.
~
Got an early start since I wasn't exactly sure where the Sports Complex was, and didn't want to get "harried" over there looking for it.
I was heading down I-89 towards Bethel when I heard a loud crack,
I think it was dawn breaking..

Once I headed over Killington I was pretty sure thats what it was.:-)
Getting closer, and on time, so all was good near the New
York Line,
"The Big Moose Deli"

Windy and cold over there, it really felt good to be unloaded and inside.
I had my table set up and ready for business about 9:45.
Most other Vendors were just flocking in.
Table ready and all set up to go.
Couple other Vendors ready to go as well, like this owner of,
"Evans Brewing"
Beer for Breakfast anyone?

Met and talked to the owner of Peaches Café
I was curious how she would make out at a Mac and Cheese Bowl contest
without using any Cabot Cheddar in her recipe.
On the other Hand we had the Siena College Food Service there
Who was exclusively a Cabot Cheddar Supporter witnessed by his Table Decor.
Very Nice Father and Daughter running that Table

Crowd just starting to filter in just before the opening bell.
5 Minutes Later "Boom"
And it continued all day.
And it continued all day.
The winners from the "Mac and Cheese Bowl
1st Place was "Slidin Dirty" of Troy NY. on the far left, she used the Cabot Cheddar
Mazzone Hospitality from Clifton Park (far right) was the 2nd Place finisher.
They used "Alpine" Cheddar for his Dried Red Pepper Topped Mac and Cheese.
It was the only one I tasted but it was outstanding.
He is a huge proponent of Cabot Cheddar for his home and business as well.

Loaded up and head'n home.
