If you are running the Marathon or just the Half Marathon
It doesn't matter.
Just be ready and not like Jackson Browne "Running on Empty"
Fuel up properly and you will be "Whey" better off
if you are fueled up with Cabot Co-op Dairy Products
Like any of
The Worlds Best Cheddar's, or The Whey Protein .
You will feel the difference as you sprint to the finish.

I was on time or actually a little early not many people around when I arrived.
A few site's were set up but they were done the day before because of much larger arrangements.
Lots of clothing available you name it for runners they had it.
I got my site all set up and was ready to run with it as soon as the lowered the flag.
And just across in front of me was PowerHouse Athletics from Albany
They were loaded with high protein Peanut Butters of many flavors.
There was quite a line out front when the doors opened and there was no entry fee to so the placed was pretty packed with runners and non-runners all day.
Anyway it was good "long" day but it was a pretty satisfying day for me with a lot of good conversations about Cabot, and especially our whey protein, so the time went by quickly and was all worthwhile.
My Day was done except driving home, but the Run was scheduled for Sunday and I hope everything goes/went well for them.

Glad I was able to make it, and it was a worthwhile Day.
Till Next Time
