The Original Indian word "adiro:daks" or "Adirondack" is a word created by the Mohawk Indians to describe the Algonquian people, meaning
"Bark" or "Tree Eaters", now let that sink in a minute.
I don't know much about the Algonquians but if they truly ate bark, they must have been really desperate when they could have just held off a few years and stopped by Lake George had some of the Worlds best Cheddar which we are serving up today at this event so lets do it.
Every cheese under the sun has to be better than bark..
&
Cabot is the best of all and believe me when I say that our
Founders Collection "Adirondack" Cheddar does not taste like
Tree Bark, Trust Me..Open Wide..

Unloaded and found my parking spot.
This a nice spot right on the Lake George.
It was raining steady when I arrived but people were still getting geared up.
Vendors arriving steadily.
Had my basic setup down and headed on over to park.
Close to being ready to go.
My neighbor the Jerky Boyz.
Another Vermont boy Mr. Jamtastic
A whole bunch of Wineries.
I loved her sign out front.
Soaps and Lotions etc
Table set -up right side
Table set up Left side.
The Local Radio Station was there, almost the same as our Froggy 100.9
More Wine, Hot Sauce Mustard you name it.
Great Cheese on Hand of course.
Place was packed full.
I was right next to the rest area which was full of people.
Nice Crowd from start to finish.
This Lady was a big fan of our products, or me, most likely the cheese:-).
We had a 6 or more at the table from whistle to whistle .
These ladies were celebrating an upcoming wedding.
Starting early, but they were a lot of fun.
The day was ending Saturday so I lowered the tent to keep things dry and grounded.
The Tent all tucked into bed for the night on Saturday.
Sunday was pretty much a repeat of Saturday finished up at 5:00 packed up and headed home rolled in a bit after 9:00 PM.
