The old saying goes "The 3rd time's the charm".
Well we are about to find out..
This was a special week.
Saratoga Race Course celebrated women and their contributions to the thoroughbred industry while raising funds to support The Breast Cancer Research Foundation on Fabulous Fillies Day.
This year's event honored local breast cancer survivors during special winner's circle presentations throughout the afternoon in partnership with
"To Life"
"To Life"
"To Life" is a nonprofit organization founded by breast cancer survivor, Mara Ginsberg, in 1998.
Their goal is to educate our community about breast cancer detection, treatments and related health matters; and provide support services to breast cancer patients, caregivers, family and friends.
It was an honor to be setup right next to them for the day.
Early so not many vendors were there yet
I was just about ready to go, no cheese out yet since I would wait until it was closer to the whistle before loading up.
I like the new Whey Powder container.
As it got closer I loaded up the cheese and got ready to rumble.
After checking my cooler I had some shreds left from the Fox US Open so I displayed them on the table along with some coupons too.
Other vendors.
Upstate Distillers was represent'n also and she was love'n her cheese snack.
These ladies were having to much fun !!
The Coke Gang was there doing their thing too.
The Crowd was trickling in and getting thicker as the day wore on.
Things beginning to liven up.
Garland Nelson was back and doing his thing, which he is very good at, entertaining and livening up the crowd.
Then things were rocking pretty good & a nice steady flow of happy patrons all day.
I think this young lady has been there every time I have been there you thinks its me or the Cabot Cheese ?
Yeah thats what I thought too..:-)
Another great Day at Saratoga
So I loaded up and headed home as I was driving up the road home the sun was starting to set over the Adirondack Mtn's
Had another great day over there Glad I could be a part of it.
Jim
